Changing slip ons

I noticed the pipe at the cylinder moved around while I horsed the muffler off. Will this create any leak issues at the cylinder?

Always re check and torque the head pipes @ 10 ft lbs when working on the exhaust and you should be good:s

Wow, I was wondering the same thing as I took off my stock mufflers yesterday. Even after multiple doses of PB Blaster they were making me sweat getting them off. Ended up using more of a twisting motion than an up/down or left/right and got them off eventually.

Great tip, Jack - I will check the head pipes when I get home from this trip!
 
And always remember some copper grease round the end of the header pipe prior to fitting them back on will make it much easier to remove them next time
i have mine off at least once a year bike has to be in stealth mode to pass the mot inspection
