Changing Clutch Lever

How do I change my Stock Clutch Lever to a Chrome one. I have changed the Brake Lever but can't get the Clutch cable out of the Stock housing

Sorry the Clutch Lever I need to change is on a 2008 Fatboy

If your going to do any type of work or upgrade on your bike it worthwhile going to the HD dealer and get yourself a manual.
