Changing ABS rear brake pads

I have never changed rear brake pads on a cycle with ABS, do you do any thing differen't ?
I pick up Pads from local HD and the instuction sheet said you need a special tool to install them. I have a 2009 glide.

Open the bleeder valve on the caliper and force the old fluid out as you compress the pistons, keep the master cylinder full and finish by bleeding the caliper, Never push old fluid into the master cylinder with ABS brakes
