Just a little clarification...
1) Is the bike stock or lowered?
2) What part of the center stand is "touching down"?
3) Would changing the lowered height to "just clear the wheels from the ground" help?
4) Is the stand "centered" at the bikes center of gravity i.e. fore & aft as well as left & right?
If this is truly a problem, have you contacted Wheeldock, or tech support detailing the problem and seeing if they have a service bulletin or applications note to help?
