Carb leaking fuel

I am not a "carb guy". I'm hoping someone who is, can help me out. My wife's 2003 Night Train has been sitting in storage, in a heated garage, since Oct. Finally found time to fire it up and give it the once over. I have gas leaking, at a fairly good rate, out of the carb. (See picture) I am pointing a pen at the leak. Slight drip at idle, major leak when given throttle. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.uploadfromtaptalk1430588330936.jpg

You are leaking at the accelerator pump cap
As the bike is over 10 years old and modern fuels are hard on the rubber and plastic components it may be an appropriate time to do a full rebuild of the carb
If you are not to confident about stripping a carb and replacing the parts that come in a rebuild kit it may be worth removing the carb and take it to someone who can do this type of work
