Can't figure out why my 2008 1200C feels highly restricted! Did everything

So my bike sat for about 8 months replaced the fuel and battery. The bike was shaking and running real bad so decided to full go threw the bike. I have changed the fuel filter and screen, flushed out the tank and cleaned the intake manifold, changed the oil and filter, primary oil, fork oil, brake fluid and spark plugs. Did all that and it still runs rough like before I started. Needing help after spending all that time and money on it but still no clue!

Check for any air leaks around the intake, how are the plug wires?
Try adding a couple of oz of Sea Foam to fresh fuel, setting for 8 months can result in strange little issues.

Maybe a little more info on your scoot would help such as any mods, miles?

Jeff gave you some good things to check out. You might want to check the injectors and make sure they are functioning correctly.
