Can You Purchase a Harley Under MSRP?

I've tried to buy in Jan or Feb .. not much moving up here when it's that cold. They
get friendlier on price.

After several months of shopping around at six H-D dealers, I settled in a 2011 Dyna Super Glide Custom. The dealer had the ONLY bike that was the color I wanted. The price negoation was not pleasent. They would not come off MSRP. The sales manager told me a cock and bull story about how the factory said the dealer was NOT ALLOWED to sell below MSRP. I knew that was not true but could not prove it. I should have walked.
