Glider, on the picture below is the footboard I have(50634-05). With that will I need the adapter plate you posted or something all together different?

I have run both the Kuryakyn Mark III the one pictured that attaches to your floor board and they are quite nice. Currently, I'm running the Mark IV on my 07 RK that attach directly to the frame, I prefer these over the Mark III
