Can a Fuel pak burn up a cylinder.

When I read the HD Service Bulletin it said the ETIMS turns off the rear injector. So I would say that means the FP could try to send the additional fuel but it is talking to a dead injector.

That's how I understand it. If the ECM signal to rear cylinder is interrupted, then there is no signal to the fuel pack.
