I've got a 2011 FLSTC with the same problem. The dealer replaced the BCM, no difference, the speedometer?, no difference, the ECM, no difference. They said Harley will contact them when they come up with a fix. One other thing I noticed and I wonder if you have the same problem. When the keyfob is not present and you turn on the ignition the display says EN*ER PIN where * is an upside down F?
