Brakes on the same side

Hey hope life is good ? I need to know if it matters if you have front and rear disk brakes on a FXRS model on the same side of the machine we are installing after market wheels thanks Rob T

No, it does not matter. I've seen many bikes with the brakes on the same side and even on one of my bikes they are on the same side. I have never seen nor heard of any problems related to this.
