brake drag

hey i have a 2005 Electra glide bagger i had a electrical problem on the front nose fender wiring and im a car tech not much of a bike tech i repaired the wiring i put the front wheel back on and now i have a drag on the calipers when i try to back the bike up its very hard and the front brakes are making noise when applied bike has 12,000 thanks

Your forks are most likely out of alignment causing the brakes to drag.
Check the self help area for the procedure to align the forks.

Odds are pretty fair that the alignment of the wheel/disc to the caliper was not "just right". You may have also pushed in dirt and debris into the caliper piston bores if the service was too "quick" and may have to check the self help section regarding procedure to service the brakes. :s
