Go back to the last thing you did. Do you have spark? Is your bike FI or carb?

Electrical and hooking up a Lighter.. Short would blow the fuse... check like Don says ,, More than likely there..

Nothing should be Hooked to the coil BUT the coil...

Being it ran after you hooked up the lighter for a bit, I would be willing to bet you overloaded a circuit and blew the fuse. Check your manual for the fuse sizes and replace the blown one.

It shouldn't be hooked into the ignition circuit for starters.

it is carb I dont know if i have spark because
    it wont turn over
if i blew a fuse would the lights and etc still work?

it is carb and i dont know if it has spark cause it wont turn over to see if it does I dont know how else to check it
If it blew the fuse would it still have lights horn etc.

where would the fuse be at to check it I found the 30 amp fuse but that is the only one i found

I dont have a mauel for this bike is there somewhere i can download a free one.

You can at least get the owners manual from the dealer. They aren't expensive.

    WHOOOO HOOOOO
it was a fuse so i went to advanced auto and got a pack of 15 amp fuses
replaced one in there and it is purrrrrrrring like a kitten
If i would have looked I would have seen there was 2 extra fuses incase one blew. oh well I got lucky
wont be hooking up a lighter to that anymore

    Wasn't that easy now? :D

Always suspect the last thing you did as the problem.
