Bike Stand

    I just borrowed my Dad's bike stand, but was curious of the best places on the bike to strap it down to the stand. Obviously I wanna be safe, and of course, not let the bike fall over....That would not be good at all...

    Actually, if you center the lift properly over the frame cross supports underneath and does not hit anything like the pipes the bike if balanced can lift both wheels of the ground.

    Strapping instructions usually come with the jack, should be "precautionary step" as the bike should be pretty stable up in the air, even without the straps.
