Best Seat for passenger comfort?

Hi all! Me and my girl bought a 2011 Nightster, I know its probably not the best passenger comfort bike there is however I am looking for the best passenger seat I can find for her comfort? I was looking at the Mustang seats or Saddleman seats with gel inserts. I think the Saddleman seat is a little over an in. wider than the mustang seat. Also does anyone have any good recommendation on rear pegs? I was going to get a bigger bike however we were set on the sportster, I don't even think she weighs 100lbs and is 5'1 so I think she might be comfortable on it, I'm 6'1 and am not really concerned about the ride for me however wouldn't mind sitting back a bit from the stock solo seat.

No experience with them but most folks here give the Mustang +1.
Pegs, for comfort look to a mini floorboard, Kuryakyn has many to choose from, good prices and quality.

+1 on Mustang. I have been running them on dressers since '97. Saddleman is also a good seat just never had one.
