Best handlebars for 08 roadking classic

What is the best handlebars for an 08 roadking classic.Stock bars are to short and have me reaching to far.

I like the Heritage style bars they used on the police bikes, they work for me and they don't cost an arm & a leg.

Do you have to replace cables if you go with heritage style handlebars.

I like the Road King Highbars (Chrome High Handlebar) #56180-08.
Does not require clutch or brake cable extensions and does not require wire extensions if wired externally.

Had these on my 2002 RK and now on my 2008. I like both the looks and comfort of these bars.

you might be able to replace the handle bar "risers" to get the stock bars a few inches closer to you too !

put a pair longer curved risers on a friends new bike with out a cable chamges quick easy fix for not a lot of $$$$$
