Best Clear Coat over vinyl decals??

Searched the web for hours and I'm still confused. Which clear coat works the best spraying over vinyl decals>>>>>>urethane....polyurethane....acrylic enamel....?
Is Spar Polyurethane by Mini Wax ok? Should it be a two part clear coat?

I use PPG acrylic urethane 2 part clearcoat.
