Belt guard renoval

Is there a trick to removing the Deuce, inside rear belt guard? I hope I'm wrong but it looks like I have to remove the rear wheel.

I removed mine, and do not remember having to remove the wheel to do so. Make sure you have found all the fasteners and removed them.

I don't think the wheel need to come off.

OK Thanks. the lower rear bolt seams to be part of the plastic guard, the head's not accessable, it seams to be molded into the plastic. I'll try to figure out how to remove it.
