Battery Cable Recall

Forgive me if this has been asked, I can't seem to find it...

Searching the recall database this morning, I found this for my father's '07 Fat Boy Shrine:

0130: RCL:07 SOFTAIL BAT.CABLE/CADDY

Anyone had an issue with this, or know what it is specifically?

The part is not a cable it is a new battery tray holder/plastic piece that hold's it better then how it is stock.
P/N 94547 (Recall 0130)

If I were you, I'd get the piece ASAP, don't wait till the next time you're at the dealer.
If I'm not mistaken, the reason this recall was issued is because the positive battery cable was routed in such a way that the coating on the cable could rub off, and when it rubbed off enough, the bare cable could touch the frame, which can end up in the stainless oil line becoming electrically charged and then you've got yourself a fire!!

I went by the dealer today and they wouldn't let me take the part and change it myself, I gotta get the bike in I suppose...
