Bad ECM ????

I know this is a few years old, but anyone know where I can get an ECM for a 2000 Road King.

SER. NO.: 1950-026

Anyone know where to find one?

I'm looking for my father.. Will he be able to just go by a Harley shop and order one, or would it be better to look else where?
