Backfiring Bike

I could really use some advice(help!) i gots a 03' 883R that has 1200screaming eagle heads, pipe but stock carb cv40, the thing started backfiring recently and feels bogged down at certain rpm's i changed the plugs and that wasn't it...

Checked for intake leaks,plug wires, contaminated fuel supply etc?

how should i check for leaks in manifold?do i need to remove any parts? would that issue happen over a period of time cuz it ran fine for years.
