back firing & sputter

When I give throttle alot of backfire and sputter, looked at carb (Super E) and seen fuel spilling out when given throttle, dont know what prob may be??????????????????????

Debris in the needle and seat causing the float to stay open. Have to open it up and clean it out as well as the tank too.

Good reason to take it completely apart, clean it, and tune it up.
