Bought a set of Arlen Ness Polyurethane Busting Kit. They won`t fit in the Triple Tree. Any hints on getting them in?

The polly bushings are alot stiffer than stock, if they are TOO tall, try freezing them

Not too tall, there too Fat. If you put them end to end (new one and old one)you can feel that there a hair or two larger.

If so then try Jack idea for freezing will also make bushing smaller.
