Anyone change their rear shocks on Softail Deluxe?

I haven't posted for a while.... I am looking for advice from those who have changed / upgraded their shocks on their Deluxe (Deluxe owners only please, as Deluxe shocks are different from the rest of the softail family :s).

I would like to retain the "lowered" factory ride height on my Deluxe from the OEM profile shocks, but improve the comfort and handling of the bike.

I weigh 155lbs, always ride solo and mainly want to improve the ride comfort.

I would suggest the shotgun shock.
