Stock radio blew, installed marine JVC. Now that I don't have a CB, can the CB antenna be used as a sub for Sirius road mate?

My guess is no.

I'd imagine the connectors would be different, also the frequency design of the antenna is different to pick up signals.

The factory CB antenna are matched to factory radio.

Antennas are special tuned for the device there intended for.

No and here is why...
The CB antenna is matched or tuned to the higher end of he HF band. The Sirrus is a satellite band width in the KU band.
And BTW, the CB transceiver is mounted ontop of he stereo on my bike. Don't know about your bike.
