it is a Screaming Eagle (SE) Pro Super Tuner (part #32109-08A),

That Tuner has the power to do whatever and as much as you want to do. You can adjust each and every individual cell in each Map. Spark advance tables, A/F, Cranking fuel, acceleration pump shot, Volumetric Efficiency etc...
It's all there for the asking.

The only thing is that it's very time consuming to setup and make right and you have to be good at it.
