I signed up last year and remembered being asked for a sponsoring dealer number. Don’t have that number anymore but I can find the dealer/distributor again and I’m sure they would provide again. Let me know if that’s still required. I called the 1-800 under ‘Contact Us’, was most likely in the US; Very friendly helpful service.
Paid $129.60 ($10.80 per bottle) for a case of MCVQTC 20W50 Syn; $16.10 per bottle for 75w-140 Syn Gear Lube plus $15 for 6 mos PC registration, plus GST, PST, of course. Those prices are in Canadian dollars, last July.
