Alicante, Spain to Milan, Italy

ladies and gents:

I'll use my 100th post to prepare my holiday/ride for this year.

just finish packing up the house, drive the truck to Italy and back,
then set out on my little trip.


1600kms, 3 days, 3 countries, no interstates,
hoping to take the secondary roads for the entire time.

Thanks to all the good ideas from other threads, packed a few extra things
because of them, should be back in a week or so with lots of pics ( I hope )

Should be fun, its been 15 years since I did this on a bike.

:42: Have a safe ride!! Never have been to Europe, although would have loved to tour the wine country. 'Sampling' of course, never 'swallowing' on a two wheeler. (ya, right):42:

first 20 are from Spain, last bunch from France;
nothing from Italy yet, had to jump on the highway for the last afternoon to get home,
nothing interesting to show.

3 days, 2 days no autoroutes or interstates, just secondary highways and regional roads.
very nice, will do more trips like that as time and budget allows
