Air flow sensor

How do you get to or what tool to remove the air flow sensor? I want to take it out to clean it but access is real tight. Any tricks?

My bad, looking in the manual they call it an iat sensor.

Just hose it down with carburetor cleaner and blow a little air to dry it out. Or just let it air dry.
