air cleaner and tuner which ones?

I have an 09 ultra classic, here is my question to all you experienced and knowledgeable people, I have 3" reinhardt slip ons and want to upgrade my air filter from stock to____________ . Any advice? I have looked at the screaming eagle stage 1 or 2. and what tuner would you recommend to go with these. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Thanks glider, there are so many out there, it gets pretty confusing!! I was looking at the stage 1 and another from arlen ness. I was hoping for the input to make up my mind. And this def. helped!! Thanks again
 
The Ness units had a problem with the ears that mount the unit cracking/breaking.

Remember that the stock filter in the HD stage 1 gets cleaned but not oiled.
 
I am a fan of Zippers MaxFlo A/C myself...buddy has HD SE kit and hates it, his leg isn't rubbery enough to wrap around the cone that protrudes out. :thanks
