if i had a 2010 i wouldnt be posting this. anyway, i am trying to add an oil cooler to my bike. the oil cooler has an electric fan. who would have thought. i don't want the fan to run after i shut the bike off and run down my battery. so, i am at a loss for where to get accessory power from.

If your 2011 has HD-Lan and a body control module (no fuses), you must get the manuals for the bike and look over the schematics to find a proper tap point. I am sure HD has something already available in the wiring for these options.

okay, i took your advice and went to HD. they have and adapter that plugs into the diagnostic port and allows up to six connections. it was easy once i got the write part.
