Quick question on adjusting the accelorator pump. Where it shoots out a stream of fuel - how do i adjust that? Is it supposed to spray the needle? mine shoots towards the front cylander. can you just get on that and turn it?
 
Something does not sound right, the spray should be several steams that spray at the "guillotine" slide which rises shutter like opening to expose intake port to both cylinders. Sounds like one or more of the spray nozzles are clogged, may want to try Gumout spray carb cleaner to try and clean up all the openings and add a can to the tank as well.
