ABS Braking

I have a 2006 Road Glide on which I put a roadstar trike package. I am in a wheelchair so I need the front and back brakes to operate off the hand brake lever. I would like to have an adjustable brake splitter so I can adjust the braking ratio between the front and back brakes. Is there such a splitter and where can I get it?
