98 Springer - wanting a different wheel/tire

Hey guys.... I'm wanting to upgrade my front wheel and get a different size tire. I was wanting the larger tire like on the heritage springer... I have the FXSTS with the small narrow front tire. I was wondering if i would have to change fender, brake caliper, or what else i might run into. Basically want to know if anyone has attempted this and or how involved this is going to get.

Steve, I would look in a Softail parts manual and see what part#s are different. I think the wide tire is wider than your fender tho.
