Can't help you with the volume, but I figured I would suggest getting the service manual for your model. They are worth the money and very helpful especially when that information is paired with the "Self Help" section on this site. The manual gives you a great base and this site really helps with tips, tricks, experience and "order of operations".
There are several tables in the manual for my 2007 that list out the fluid types, volumes, torque values, limits (say on brake pads and rotors). I just copied them and hung them in my garage for quick reference.
