96 cu in motor introduction

What year M/C was the 96 cu in motor introduced by Harley?
Were there any 2006 models with the 96 cu in motor??

yes, but in 06 it wasn't on all the bikes, and I can't remember what was what.

The Dyna had the 6 speed in 06 but no 96 in, I think the 96 started in 07

and I think that's what it was too....If I remember correctly the Dyna came out with the 96" and the 6 speed and the FX Softails got the 200 tire. Then in 07 The Softails got the 96" and a 6 Speed along with the 200 Rear tire so I got one

The 96 came out in 07, that is why I bought new instead of getting an 06 Police bike comming off lease.

Since I still have the product line booklets since at least 2003, I looked this up. The Dyna line for '06 had a lot of improvements, and still had the TC88 but with the 6 speed Cruise Drive transmission.
