I have a 98 Dyna Lowrider. I'd like to switch out the 5 speed tranny for a 6 speed. I recently had a new Ultima 6 speed trans. for a softail given to me. Somebody had told me I could switch the internals over to my Dyna case. I'd like to hear if anybody has had expierienced a swap such as this in the past. If so, what are some pointers you may give me for this swap? Is there anything I should be aware of before starting to attempt this project? or, Is the work going to be worth my time and efforts?
