This detachable Backrest fits 1994-1996 FLHR & FLHT models. Has anyone ever attempted to fit one of these on to a later model ie 2007 RKC?

James, that's good to hear, I bought this off ebay and didn't realise what I thought was my error when it stated suitable for 94 - 96 models. Do you know the part no's for the mounting kits? David.

I don't know what mounting kit was used. I was a newby owner when I added this accessory and didn't do the work. Much wiser now, thanks to the HDTimeline forum.:newsmile048:
