Was looking at a 48 that someone was testing out. Like the look of the bike with one exception. Battery cover and oil cover do not go with that bike at all. Bike is a great retro bobber look but the covers are way too modern. If they come up with a better cover then they will have a real winner.

Really? Never noticed. Took another look and still think it looks fine!
I've mentioned before that my only niggle would be the limited range. I know the whole point of the 48 IS the peanut tank. But, if all you can really do is ride from home to the coffee shop/cafe, I guess I'll have to get over it and just move on to the Nightster.........
For now, I'm sticking with my little old Sporty C with the 3.3 gallon tank.
