204 vs 211 cam

204 SE cams

What are your thoughts on installing SE204 cam kit Vances & Hines
Xheaders with Reinhart slip on mufflers (all ready on the bike also the
SE air kit.)


OR

211 SE cams with vance and hines tru dual headers with Reinhart slip on mufflers.

One dealers say one way the other the other way. Both shop under same management different parts of town.

The 203 set up is about $3000.00

the other set up id about $500.00 cheaper.

Any opinions and thoughts welcome.

I would have to vote for the 204 cam set up, my personal preference would be a 255 cam but since it's not on the table I think you'll get better torque with the 204 than the 211, on a lighter bike I would vote the other way.

Thanks Chopper. Just when I think I have it figured out some body puts
something else in the fire. My mind is going in circles.
What are you thoughts on the Xpipe or the tru duals?

I just went with the 204 cams and am very happy. I also went to the 103". I think I would have been just as happy with just the 204's.

I've heard you lose a little power with true duels.

I did a SE 203 95ci big bore build and the cost was $1750 parts/labor.I'm doing 90hp/100trq,i think the price you are paying might be alittle too much.
