203 or 211 cams?

While my bike is in the shop I plan to have the HD mechanic check my cam chain tensioners. While he is in there, he will replace the old style tnesioner with the newer hydraulic cam chain tensioner upgrade. And since he will be doing that, I thought I'd have some new cams put in. The HD mechanic is suggesting the 211s. I don't plan to do any other engine mods. Should I be getting the 211 or should I be putting the 203 in there?

The 203's are great out of the gate up to the middle. 211 is going to come in a little later in the throttle.
