2015 cvo limited ignition accessory position

Hello, I am trying to do a software update to my radio on a 2015 cvo limited. It says the ignition switch must be in the accessory position. Does anyone know which position that is? The ignition know says locked or unlocked so should I turn it to the right or left? Also, when I put the usb thumb drive in it says do I want to update but only the no is highlighted not the yes. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks

Your thumb drive is being seen by the system if it asks You to select yes or no.
Take the right side joy stick and push it to the left.Yes will then be highlighted.Push the joystick in to select.Upload should start.
