If your adding a tuner then I'd say yes you should run it on a dyno, but with the mods. you have now and adding only a fueler a dyno would not be necessary. JMHO.

It is the additional electronic computer device to change the air fuel ratio when performing upgrades to motorcycles with fuel injection. It give you the capability of adjusting the strategy so if and when a dyno run is done adjustments can be made. It tricks the factory ECM into doing something that it normally does not do.

Theres several on the market, you can read about them on the forum here. They are a plug and play to your injectors and add more fuel to the engine. Harleys run to lean from the factory so to conform to emissions standards. Adding more gas will make your ride run cooler and run better.
