2013 flhrc kickstand issues

ok, I guess this is just another way Harley wants to keep us on our toes, but mann to see it move like that drives me crazy...I will see the dealer on Saturday,,will let you know what happens..thanks yo all

Yep...what they said, normal and can be heart stopping.:shock

Especially when the bike falls over after you were sure the jiffy stand was deployed properly while getting out of the saddle..............:shock

At the risk of sounding like the dealer, that's what they all do. I've found if you snug up the kick stand bolt it will take some of the movement out.

You all were correct, there is some minor movement with the kickstand, there is a tab that slides in place once the bike is leaned over. As long as the channel is not broken where the tab slides into there are no issues,,they also said its normal to get that "heartattack feeling" !!!
