Not much. Tires from Dunlop to Michelin, .5 degree in fork angle, tank decal, rounded rear fender that"s what I see.

The reason i ask i ordered a v&h fuel pack from Dennis Kirk it said it would fit an 2011 but wouldn't fit a 2012

I think you need to do more research in regard to electronics from 2011-2012.
You original question was very open ended. A years difference on engine management controls can be a light year of difference. So you may find your fueler may not work hence the end year of part number was a 2011.

Did you contact V&H? Also some HD dealers deal in V&H equipment, so you might check with them also.

Thanks for the help,i checked with a few other places j&p,etc. they all have them listed as fitting i think maybe something DK hasn't updated .
