2011 RKC brake vibration

Anyone have any idea or suggestions regarding why my 2011 RKC brakes seem to vibrate when i am applying either the front or rear brakes? This year and model has the anti lock braking system. I dont know if that is why. i know i am not slamming on the brakes, gently applying to slow down. Dealership said it could be brake dust. I said really - that is your story and youre sticking with it. I was (EDIT) to think this is what he said instead of saying bring it in and we will look it over.

If the ABS is working properly, have the dealer check the run out of the rotors under warranty for you:s

I have an 09 RKC with ABS and with 75,000 Km on it have never had a vibration in the front or rear brakes. If the rotars are warped you will get a vibration like feeling but this should not be the case on a new bike?? I would definitely be on the dealer about this!
