2011 Heritage sissy bar pad

Hey all,
I bought a 2011 Heritage Softail and am finishing up some mods on it.

I bought a studded passenger pad to replace the original, but can't figure out how to get the back leather decoration off the bar to remove the center screw.

Does this peel off?

Any help would sure be appreciated!

If it's the same as mine they're just glued on. Gently pry off with a screwdriver or putty knife. After I changed the pad I just stuck it back on without adding any glue and it's still on 2 years later.

Thanks Geezer....I ended up using a hot air gun on it and peeled it right off! I added the Heritage Studded pad to the sissy bar and reapplied the leather trim....minus the concho trim piece. I added the 'Willie G." skull medallion on it.
