2010 Ultra Kickstand Adj.

My first real question, searched but could not find an answer to my exact problem.

Just took delivery of my 2010 Ultra, first Harley touring bike. Due to my vertical challenge condition (SHORT) I had the dealer install lowering kits front and back.

Once I put in a few miles and some stops, I noticed I have to lean the bike over to the right considerably past center to put the stand up and when on the stand, the bike does not have much of a lean. Is there a way to adjust the stock stand to make this thing a little easier? Or do I need to invest in an adjustable stand or wedge mount?

I really don't like having to lean this weight that far over to the right and reach the stand. It's difficult for me to reach anyway even with an extension.

Welcome to the forum. You will find lots of great info in the self-help pages, and in the heads of your fellow members here.

First thing I would suggest is talking to the Dealership that did the lowering and see if they have the wedge kit to change the angle on the jiffy stand. If not, check this:

Thanks for the info. I will check with the dealer first then investigate the wedge if they don't have an option.
