2009 heritage Rear swing arm touching right side of frame

Has anyone had this problem before? just brought the bike back to the dealer after coming back from a 4 day trip, I washed the bike and had noticed the bare metal on the top corner of my swing arm from rubbing the frame, I don't know if the swing arm is bent or a faulty bushing gave way, this should not have happened on a brand new Softail.:bigsmiley30:

Something has to be out of alignment for that to happen. Hope they find the problem and fix it for you.

I brought it back the dealer yesterday, the bike is under warranty it could a manufactured defect in the bushing or the swing arm was not centered to bigin with thanks for your reply.

Know you took to dealer. I am curious if a shock could have gone bad. I have seen it on older dirt stuff. Am very curious about the softtail suspension.
