2008 auxillary passing lights adjustment

$50 snap-on flare socket #frx-181 just to adjust the aux lights? Anybody know of a cheaper tool? I could take it to dealer that charged the big bucks for prep fee but they didn't even put the antennas on the correct sides! Just not confident in dealer service.

Die grinder or dremmel tool will do it.

Cutting the side of the socket is also what I did, it works really good, evan loan'd it out a couple times.
